 POSITION 1: SALES EXECUTIVE (SALES DEPARTMENT)


Responsibilities:

  • To promote and market Company's products towards achieving sales targets.
  • To assist  customer in all matters pertaining to sales.
  • To actively source and identify new potentials from different channels.
  • Follow up closely on collecting booking fees, loan documents submission and SPA signing.
  • Update potential sales & loan status on weekly basis.
  • Submit sales report to authority and Superior on time.
  • Fully participate in all sales & marketing events, product launching, property exhibition & roadshow.
  • Conduct market survey to keep abreast of market changing trend.
  • To organize and coordinate sales events.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is upheld at all times.
  • Perform ad-hoc task assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Well-versed in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to be on duty on weekends.
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.

 

 

 

   POSITION 2: CONTRACTS MANAGER (CONTRACT DEPARTMENT)  

 
  

   Responsibilities: 

   1. Pre-Contract Stage

  • Establish project preliminary construction budget.
  • Evaluate new tenderers and update Approved Contractor List.
  • Review and develop procurement programmes.
  • Review cost plan, coordination with other Consultants to achieve cost effective design. Carry out elemental cost analysis.
  • Pre-qualify, evaluate and recommendation of potential tenderer for the works.
  • Coordinate preparation of tender document, review tender document.
  • Coordinate tender procurement exercises which include calling tender, participate in tender interview and finalise the award of contract.
  • Carry out cost economic study of alternative specification / design proposal.
  • Review pre-tender estimates and highlight cost overrun items.

   2. Post-Contract Stage

  • Carry out site valuation. Monitor and review requisition for VO, VO claim, EOT issues.
  • Process progress claim, final account, third party claims and contractual claims.
  • Preparation of financial statement.
  • Monitoring of contractual status – contract period, defects period, CPC, CMGD, etc.

   3. Others

  • Coordination of quotation enquiry and finalise award of all minor direct contract works if deemed necessary.
  • Collate and compile cost data bank and report.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by the Management.

   Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Well-versed in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
