Gunung Impian Development Sdn Bhd is a joint venture company between Kuok Brothers Sdn Bhd and Lee Rubber Co (Pte) Ltd, Selat (Pte) Ltd, Lee Foundation and Senja Permai Sdn Bhd.

The company has undertaken the development of 3,000 acres of freehold land into an integrated commercial and residential township. Taman Impian Emas is strategically located in Iskandar Malaysia, approximately 20km North West of Johor Bahru City Centre.
